This is the official site of the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC).   WICSEC is an organization of public and private child suppport professionals from the states west of the Mississippi. The WICSEC organization promotes excellence in the child support community by offering quality training for child support staff and responds to the changing needs of the child support . Through this effort, WICSEC works for the betterment of families and children.
